The tasting includes: Tour through the vineyards. Guided visit to the vineyards sorrounding the winery,  where we will reveal the first secret of the soul of our wines: Quality from the grape. Winery tour: We will explain the vinification process in the old winery, nowadays rebuilt for the best development of the wine. Wine tasting: We will serve a selection of our wines, and explain the main characteristics of them and their making process. If needed, we will also provide a briefly introduction to winetasting. Five wines from different lines will be tasted with with a table of cheeses, cold meats and dried fruits. We will then serve homemade Canelones and finally, dessert. Wine tasting: A selection of our wines will be offered, and we will explain their main characteristics and the production process. In case a brief introduction to wine tasting is required, the basic elements of wine tasting will be explained. Five wines from the Marichal Premium Varietal line and wines from the Marichal Reserve Collection line will be tasted. The tasting will be accompanied by a cheese and cold cuts platter, as well as homemade empanadas.
