The tasting includes:
Tour through the vineyards. Guided visit to the vineyards sorrounding the winery, where we will reveal the first secret of the soul of our wines: Quality from the grape.
Winery tour: We will explain the vinification process in the old winery, nowadays rebuilt for the best development of the wine.
Wine tasting: We will serve a selection of our wines, and explain the main characteristics of them and their making process. If needed, we will also provide a briefly introduction to winetasting . Five wines from different lines will be tasted with a table of cheeses, cold meats and dried fruits. We will then serve tipycal Uruguayan roasted meats and vegetables with fresh salads and finally, dessert.
