Variety: 100% Chardonnay.
Variety Characteristics: Chardonnay is a variety originally produced in France, in the Burgundy region, although now is planted internationally. The grapes are small, round and get a honey color during ripening. Its vinification results in a soft and aromatic most.
Location of vineyards: Etchevarría, Canelones, Uruguay, only 25 km from the River Plate.
Soil: Calcareous and permeable undulating fields.
Harvest-Date: Early February
Harvest: Manually collected in 18 kg boxes.
Fermentation: 15 days.
Malolactic Fermentation: No.
Oak ageing: Unoaked.
Color: Bright yellow with green hue and golden glints.
Nose: Fresh and fruity, destacándose frutas cítricas como el pomelo, así como pera y ananá.
Palate: Fresh entry with a light creaminess, confirming its fruity aromas with mineral notes. Medium finish.

Pairing: Great match with grilled fish, salads and light pastas.
