Variety: 100% Albariño, harvested in the second half of February.

Characteristics of the variety: Albariño is a grape originally produced in the Galicia region of Spain. Today, it shows us that it has found exceptional conditions for its development in our country.

Location of the vineyards: Etchevarría, Canelones, Uruguay. Only 25 km from the Río de la Plata.

Soil: Gently rolling clay-loam with areas of limestone.

Harvest date: Second half of February, at its optimal maturity.

Type of harvest: Manual harvest, in 20 kg boxes.

Crushing: Destemming and passing through rollers with medium pressure on the grapes.

Cold pre-fermentation skin maceration: Yes, 12 hours.

Alcoholic fermentation: 15 days with selected yeasts at a controlled temperature.

Malolactic fermentation: No.

Aging potential: 3 years from the harvest.

Color: Pale yellow, bright with golden highlights.

Nose: Fresh with citrus notes that combine peach, green apple, pear with a floral touch.

Palate: Fresh with a medium and balanced finish.

Serving temperature: 8-10°C
