Today it is showing that it has found exceptional conditions for its development in our country.
Location of the vineyards: Etchevarría, Canelones, Uruguay.
Just 25 km from the Río de la Plata.
Soil: Loamy-clay undulations with limestone areas.
Harvest date: Second half of February, at its optimal ripeness.
Harvest type: Manual harvesting, in 20 kg crates.
Crushing: Destemming and passing through rollers with medium pressure on the grapes.
Pre-fermentation cold skin maceration: Yes, 12 hours.
Alcoholic fermentation: 15 days with selected yeasts at controlled temperature.
Aging: 5 months on lees / No barrel aging.
Malolactic fermentation: No.
Aging potential: 3 years from the harvest.
Color: Pale yellow, bright with golden reflections.
Nose: Fresh with citrus notes that combine apricot, grapefruit, and orange peel with a floral touch.
Palate: Fresh and creamy with a medium and balanced finish.
